Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at BlackOpsBioTech@protonmain.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable or temperature-sensitive products
- Digital downloads or software licenses
- Gift cards and promotional items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at [your email address].
Shipping Returns
You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
